The Center Gate Estates Village Condominium, Section 7, Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 9th, 2026, at 9 a.m., at the Pool Ramada. All residents are urged to attend.

About Us

Center Gate Estates Village Condominium, Section 7, is an adult Condominium Community consisting of 38 units and is located just South of Wilkinson Rd. and West of Cattlemen Rd., on 2 cul-de-sacs, Lake Breeze Ct., and Lake Vista Dr.

The Condominium comprises 19 duplex structures, totaling 38 individual private units. Each unit contains two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two two-car garages, and a private patio. A common heated pool and cabana structure is available for all residents’ use. Many have enjoyed catching and releasing fish in the pond.
