Dates Announced for Road Sealing and Closures
Road sealing occurs over two phases, Nov 2-3 and Nov 6-7, with full closures and barricades, requiring vehicles to be removed by 7:45 AM each day. No traffic is allowed during sealing, and vehicles within 30 feet of work areas may be affected by overspray or dust. Residents should plan ahead, and vehicles left in work zones will be towed at owner’s expense.

About Us
Center Gate Estates Village Condominium, Section 7, is an adult Condominium Community located in Sarasota FL. consisting of 38 units. It is located just South of Wilkinson Rd., and West of Cattlemen Rd. on 2 cul-de-sacs, Lake Breeze Ct., and Lake Vista Dr.
The Condominium comprises 19 duplex structures, totaling 38 individual private units. Each unit contains two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two two-car garages, and a private patio.
